2.4. The contractual language is English.
3. Prices / Payment Terms
3.2. Payment shall be made using the payment methods offered in the shop, in particular Stripe and PayPal.

4.3. The Provider does not guarantee any specific result. The content is intended to provide guidance and knowledge. Training results depend in particular on implementation, the dog, the environment and the individual circumstances.
4.4. The Provider endeavours to ensure a high level of availability of the courses. Temporary technical interruptions, such as maintenance or platform outages, shall not give rise to any claims insofar as they are outside the Provider’s control.
5. Webinars
5.1. The published dates apply to live webinars. The Provider may reschedule dates for important reasons, such as illness or technical difficulties. The Customer will be informed and offered an alternative date.

6.1. Individual telephone sessions are consultation services. The Provider provides recommendations to the best of her knowledge but does not guarantee any specific result.
6.2. Appointments are binding. The service shall be deemed to have been provided if the consultation takes place or if the Customer cannot be reached without having cancelled the appointment in due time.
7. Private In-Person Training / On-Site Training / Seminars
7.1. Private in-person training sessions and, where applicable, seminars are service contracts. No specific training result is guaranteed.

no infectious diseases
valid liability insurance
7.3. Behavioural issues, aggression, anxiety, health restrictions or a dog being in heat must be disclosed in advance.
7.4. Training tools or methods that cause the dog pain, suffering or harm are prohibited. In the event of a violation, the Provider may exclude the Customer from the training session.
7.5. The Provider’s instructions must be followed. However, the Customer remains responsible for their dog at all times. Allowing the dog off leash is solely at the Customer’s own responsibility.
8. Cancellation / Appointment Cancellations / Cancellation Fees

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged, as the appointment has been reserved exclusively for the Customer.
8.2. Seminars / workshops (if booked directly through ViBaDog):
Cancellation of seminar participation is generally not possible free of charge. A refund of the participation fee will only be granted at the organiser’s discretion and exclusively if the vacant place can be filled by another participant. In this case, the participation fee already paid will be refunded in full.
If the place cannot be filled again, 50% of the participation fee will be charged for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the start of the seminar. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the seminar begins, or in the event of a no-show, 75% of the participation fee will be charged.

10.3. The statutory right of withdrawal under the German Civil Code (BGB) applies to physical products (merchandise).
